Crazy weather!!!! Today I woke up to a gentle snowfall, went to school, and by 11:00 there was 4 and 1/2 inches of snow on the ground! So much for saying that it doesn't snow here! :) No one went on a field trip today. I don't know if it will be rescheduled or not, but I'm hoping it will! Also, I had joined an after-school class which was also canceled. So now I get to stay at home and do my homework. :(

Today at 11:00 Kim, I was driving in Everett and there was a literal BLIZZARD on the freeway. I thought I would never make it to my 1pm appointment. I even call my client to warn them that there was a blizzard on the freeway, and she laughed because it was sunny down in Seattle. Luckily, by the time I made it to Alderwood mall, the snow was no longer sticking... Weird weather stuff indeed! (This is actually Dad...)

ReplyDeleteIt snowed a lot here in Utah too. In fact, the temperature change (iced over windows) and 5 inches of snow on my car made my passenger side door not close. I had to jimmy it closed so that I could get to school using I-15. Not very safe, but it closed of course, when I got to the school. Good luck on field trips. I'm sure it will all work out.
